Set in South Australia’s Riverland, Peaches is the story of teenage girl, Stephanie (Emma Lung), who is brought up by her aunt Jude (Jacqueline McKenzie) after having survived the crash that killed her parents. On her birthday she begins work at the local cannery under foreman Alan (Hugo Weaving) and is given her late mother’s diary, which allows Steph to understand her legacy and re-create her vision of the world.
