Four new screen businesses join Adelaide Studios screen creatives hub
29 March 2022

The SAFC’s Adelaide Studios continues to cement itself as the state’s premier industry hub for screen creatives with four South Australian screen businesses joining as new tenants.
The SAFC is pleased to welcome new tenant businesses:
- International content producer and distributor Blue Ant Media, with Senior VP of Finance and Operations Jake Richardson;
- Producer Lisa Scott and Highview Productions, the producer behind international hit drama series The Tourist;
- Producer Peter Lawson and Steel Springs Pictures, recently relocated from Los Angeles, the company behind feature film Alice which had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in January, and
- The Everyone Project, an exciting initiative managed by the Screen Diversity and Inclusion Network to measure and boost diversity and inclusion in the Australian film and television industry.
They are the latest tenants to join the Adelaide Studios screen creatives hub, which now comprises 28 South Australian screen businesses and screen practitioners working across all areas of screen production.
SAFC CEO Kate Croser formally welcomed the new tenants as part of a special industry networking event held at the studios last week, saying: “It is truly exciting to see our Adelaide Studios screen community continue to grow, with such an influx of talented tenants making our creative mix of screen businesses and practitioners even more vibrant and dynamic.”
Located within five minutes of Adelaide’s CBD in Glenside, Adelaide Studios is a uniquely integrated screen production hub offering flexible production facilities alongside a range of on-site tenant screen businesses, and within easy access of South Australia’s world class post-production and visual effects businesses.
Managed by the SAFC, the facilities cater for all types of screen productions with two sound stages, Australia’s only Dolby Premier 7.1 certified Mixing Theatre, foley stage, edit rooms, production offices, set construction workshop and a 100-seat screening theatre.
Tenant businesses range from production companies to casting and talent agents, digital content creators, audio engineers, screen service providers and more.
