Amy Rust
Amy Rust is a proud Aboriginal woman and Managing Director of Jindawayni Consulting, specialising in Traditional Owner engagement, communications, and cultural governance across. With over 15 years’ experience in executive leadership, Amy has held senior roles in government and Aboriginal-led organisations, including the First Peoples’ Assembly of Victoria. Her work focuses on embedding cultural authority in decision-making and ensuring Aboriginal voices shape the stories and systems that define their future. Amy also serves on several boards including Environmental Justice Australia, Flourish Australia, and the National Homeless Collective, contributing her expertise in governance, engagement and social justice.
