Set in the early 1900s, this mini-series tells the true story of black American cyclist Marshall “Major” Taylor as he overcomes racial prejudice and personal obstacles to take on Australian champ Don Walker in the richest cycling race in the world. Filmed at various locations around Adelaide, including Adelaide Showgrounds, Mount Lofty House, and at the SAFC Studios in Hendon.
