Perry (Linus Roache) is a successful designer who develops colours for a British paint company, but his life is plagued by bizarre disasters. After his wife is killed in a freak accident, Perry heads to Australia both to escape his everyday life and search for an elusive new colour. While Down Under, he meets Grace (Danielle Cormack), a beautiful woman also trying to get away from a problematic personal life, and the two begin to fall for each other.
