SAFC Skilling SA: Webinar Info Session

Have you always wanted to work in film and TV but didn’t know where to start?

Find out more about the SAFC’s new Skilling SA Screen Industry Training Program and how to apply in this comprehensive online information session with SAFC Head of Production and Development Beth Neate, and SAFC Head of Industry Development Kath McIntyre.

The SAFC Skilling SA Program provides free, tailored training for up to 50 South Australians to discover new career paths as crew in the state’s screen industry.

The program is open to both newcomers to the industry, and existing South Australian crew seeking to upskill in areas of critical skills shortage, and supports the SAFC’s objective to expand and diversify the bench of experienced production crew in South Australia.

Free training is available for the following roles and departments:

Applications for the SAFC Skilling SA program are open now and close Monday 31 May, 2021. Applications will be prioritised from groups under-represented in the South Australian screen industry including Female and female identifying practitioners, First Nations practitioners, Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) practitioners, Deaf and disabled practitioners, LGBTQIA+ practitioners, and practitioners from regional and remote South Australia
