Vicki’s role is to deliver the SAFC's script development, Screen Culture and Special Production Initiative Programs, along with  Aboriginal Screen Strategy Programs with the SAFC’s Aboriginal Screen Strategy Executive, Lee-Ann Buckskin.  Vicki has an established career in TV drama and feature film production as a 1st Assistant Director and has been an associate or co-producer on feature films and broadcast documentaries. Between 2005-07 she was the Production & Script Consultant at the Media Resource Centre, providing over 400 consultations to emerging screen practitioners on all stages of production and development.  In 2013 Vicki was recipient of Screen Australia's Talent Escalator Program to attend the Binger Lab as writer/director in residence, where she trained as story developer.  In 2014 Vicki was the Convenor of the Graduate Diploma at AFTRS and also tutored in the School's screenwriting dept. She holds a Masters in Creative Writing from University of Technology Sydney and has written, produced and directed short films that have sold internationally and won several awards overseas.
