SAFC secures two new high profile projects for South Australia

On the back of Screen Australia’s recent funding announcements the South Australian Film Corporation (SAFC) is delighted to confirm that two of the major projects announced will be going ahead in South Australia over the coming 12 months.

The SAFC approved combined production investment of $900,000 toward the two projects at its April Board meeting. The combined South Australian production spend represents a return of $13.9M to South Australia.

The two projects add to those already confirmed for South Australia including Tracks (See-Saw Films) which will go into production in the latter half of 2012 and The Babadook (Causeway Films) which went into pre-production last week.
